pygts is dead upstream and the C parts of the code will need a bit of work to port them to Python 3. This package does have a reasonable popcon (281) but it's hard to see the porting work happening.
The package needs to go through NEW either with an added python3-gts binary package or if removed and then re-added later after porting.
