Not having this in place seems to be causing autopkgtest regressions for gobject-introspection that will prevent the libffi transition from migrating, so I'm increasing this to RC severity. cjs, gjs and libglib-object-introspection-perl have already had the equivalent change, so this is the last one that is needed before we can add all the necessary versioned Breaks in libgirepository-1.0-0.
