I can confirm what nurupo stated in message #30 removing --ignore-gpu-blacklist from /etc/chromium.d/default-flags
helped me to get video playback in Youtube and other web services back to normal. (AMD Ryzen 3200G APU graphics here) with all flags in Chromium 79.0.3945.130-2 set back to defaults.
