Dear Maintainer,

While trying to link up a CMake project with this library, an error occured:

-- Checking for module 'log4cplus'
--   No package 'log4cplus' found
CMake Error at /usr/share/cmake-3.13/Modules/FindPkgConfig.cmake:452 (message):
A required package was not found
Call Stack (most recent call first):
  src/CMakeLists.txt:9 (pkg_check_modules)

This is because the *log4cplus.pc* file is not packaged.
