In the file /etc/spamassassin/v320.pre the following line was commented out: loadplugin Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::Bayes
That was what caused the following error: ERROR: the Bayes learn function returned an error, please re-run with -D for more information at /usr/bin/sa-learn line 500.
