Hi. I strongly second this.
The zmq.hpp, which is currently installed by this package is fairly old and actually contains bugs, which are fixed upstream.
The version in the upstream git I found, that matches the installed zmq.hpp is from 2016 (commit 68a7b09cfce01c4c279fba2cf91686fcfc566848), so I think this file definitely deserves an update.
