What kind of files are you playing?

If you are using the Fluendo MP3 decoder, please remove it and see if it
still happens with MAD.

If you are using any plugins (especially the scrobbler ones), please
turn them off.

We do thread, but there should not be a reproducible deadlock on song
change (the second thread acts every 15 minutes).
