Thank you for the link -- I didn't find it referenced in either https://i3wm.org/docs/debugging.html or /docs/ -- following an update to 4.18.1-1+g4.18-20-g47be36411 the crash no longer occurs, so there's no bug to report against upstream anymore. Thank you for your time, nabijaczleweli
