Since a package cannot be forced to depend on all indirect
dependencies, I'd vouch for removing this check. exim4 is also plagued
by this, and will have a override added.

Rationale:
  * on a live system, indirect dependcies are forced to be installed
    via the dependency system. This is a vital part of our distribution
    and we should be able to rely on that mechanism.
  * If a dependency's dependencies change, I don't need to change
    anything if I rely on indirect dependencies. If I have to explicitly
    list all indirect dependencies, breakage will occur.
