If you're going to claim neomutt still FTBFS despite what https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=neomutt says, then I think you could atleast provide a build log backing up your claim. (And even with that I'd personally likely not agree with your claim that FTBFS on anything but official buildd is RC severity, but that's up to the neomutt maintainers to finally decide on I guess.)
