We had a similar Ubuntu bug:

In that case it was this combo which generated the warnings:
ibus 1.5.22-1~exp1ubuntu1
glib2.0 2.63.5-2
(ibus 1.5.22-1~exp1ubuntu1 was built with libglib2.0-0 2.64.0-1)
The warning messages was the small problem - the important problem was
that IBus IMs didn't work at all. Upgrading libglib2.0-* to 2.64.0-1
fixed it.
So it was in order to prevent such interruptions for IM users I
suggested in my previous message that a break might be motivated.
