If you start chromium with valid working ipv6 proxy config but no default route configured then chromium will say: No internet There is something wrong with the proxy server, or the address is incorrect. Add a default route, even a broken one ip -6 route add default via xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx::ffff (There is no such host) and chromium starts working.
