Package: cfv Version: 1.18.3-2.1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
I'm in the process of removing Python2 from my Bullseye system. When doing "apt remove python2" the cfv package would also be removed. I use cfv quite a lot so would not want this removed. I hope that cfv can be packaged without the dependency on python2. -- System Information: Debian Release: bullseye/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (900, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 5.4.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/24 CPU cores) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_PROPRIETARY_MODULE, TAINT_WARN, TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages cfv depends on: ii python 2.7.17-2 cfv recommends no packages.
