Unfortunately, while Mumble supports Jack, it does not play nicely with it in this release, as there are no options in the GUI pertaining to disabling automatic connections or automatic startup of the Jack server. By default, it will attempt to start Jack if it is installed on the system, even if you set the output module to ALSA or PulseAudio.
