Quack,
apt changelog does not play well with libpam-tmpdir:
# apt changelog vim

W: Download is performed unsandboxed as root as file
'/tmp/user/0/apt-changelog-vpMorj/vim.changelog' couldn't be accessed by
user '_apt'. - pkgAcquire::Run (13: Permission denied)
I'm still able to view the changelog and it does not seem to affect
other commands but it would be nice to have both security features
working nice together.
