Dear Maintainer,
If I try to start metview froma command line I get:-
>metview creating Metview user directories in /home/david/metview... UNABLE TO
CREATE: missing file metview: EXIT on ERROR (line 1), exit status 1, starting
'cleanup' /usr/
bin/metview: line 153: 5: Bad file descriptor
This is after updating to 5.8.1-2
Trying to pre-create /home/david/metview does not help, and the directory
is always remove on exit.
