Hi, I've recently encountered a similar problem. I have redshift 1.12-2+b1 and systemd 244.3-1.
The proposed fix PartOf=graphical-session.target BindsTo=graphical-session.target doesn't work for me. Instead I've added ExecStartPre=/bin/sleep 5 which works fine. Vlastimil
