Package: lintian-brush
Version: 0.60
Severity: wishlist

Some packages live in a repository with the control files at the root. Examples
are libreoffice and bash.

lintian-brush currently doesn't handle these packages but should. One possible
way of supporting these
packages is to construct a temporary directory with a symlink in it for debian/
back to the original repository.
This is sufficient to run the various fixers; actual commits would still work
on the original repository, assuming
the temporary directory is otherwise untouched.
