Control: retitle -1 keepassxc: New upstream version 2.5.4
I've created a merge request which does the ground work for updating to
version 2.5.4, but there are still lintian issues, out of date policy
version, and possibly a bit more.

The lintian issues should probably be fixed with an override, since the
offending files are not source code, but I'm certainly not the person to
ask.
I'd love for this package to update, some nice new features I'd like to
use, like secret service, and 'Lock databases' to tray.
