The 02_opencv-data-path.patch patch change the path for the haarcascades files in /usr/share/opencv/haarcascades/ but nothing installs the files there anymore. opencv-data package installs the files in /usr/share/opencv4/haarcascades/ now. Also, I see that some opencv files are installed in the main plugin pkg, these could be moved.
