Unfortunately, the affected computer is my office workstation and the building is closed to all personnel for the duration of the COVID-19 crisis. If it is possible to determine the answers to these questions somehow via ssh-ing into the box and typing commands, please tell me what to do; otherwise I will not be able to answer them anytime soon.
