Homepage link shown in package description and tracker.debian.org is wrong at this moment. (Seems like domain expired and someone put a weight loss/bodybuilding website in pgfoundry.org)
I think the right one should be https://pgbouncer.org, but I am not completely sure, as link to the code repository in github did not work also.
