This looks like you've run simple-cdd from a directory where tmp/mirror
already exists as a reprepro repository, but with a different
configuration (e.g. a run where bullseye was specified, and in the new
installation, you're attempting stretch?). Indeed, simple-cdd should
handle this scenario better.

The workaround is to wipe out the above mentioned conf and db
directories in the reprepro repository.
