While preparing a possible mass-bug-filing for packages that depend on
GTK 2, I noticed that deepin-notifications Build-Depends on GTK 2, but
does not appear to mention GTK anywhere else in its source code.
If the build-dependency on libgtk2.0-dev is unnecessary, please remove it.
