Bug#959615: theano: FTBFS: make[2]: pegjs: Command not found

This is because /usr/bin/pegjs exists in node-pegjs 0.7 but not 0.10. 
(/usr/share/nodejs/bin/pegjs exists instead; I have not yet checked 
whether it works.)

pegjs maintainer: is this an intentional change or a mistake?  The 
upstream documentation still mentions the command:
