Package: python3-lxml
Version: 4.5.0-1.1
Followup-For: Bug #959687

As Paul mentioned before, since the new upload has incorrect Breaks/Replaces
on python-lxml, it forces uninstallation of unrelated software, which is a
bummer, especially software that is quite useful, but whose upstream authors
stated that they won't be porting to Python 3.

Sandro, can you please revert this?

Thanks,

Rogério Brito.
