Package: php-net-sieve
Version: 1.4.1-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

When using php-net-sieve on Debian Buster (for example in roundcube,
but it's not specific to it) we have some deprecation warnings due to
PHP 7.3 (the version shipped in Buster).

It can easily be reproduced with PHP CLI :

~ $ echo '<?php require("Net/Sieve.php"); new Net_Sieve(); ?>' | php -d
error_reporting=E_ALL
PHP Deprecated: define(): Declaration of case-insensitive constants is
deprecated in /usr/share/php/Net/Sieve.php on line 53
PHP Deprecated: define(): Declaration of case-insensitive constants is
deprecated in /usr/share/php/Net/Sieve.php on line 60
PHP Deprecated: define(): Declaration of case-insensitive constants is
deprecated in /usr/share/php/Net/Sieve.php on line 67

There seems to be an upstream version (1.4.4) which fixes that
problem, could the package be updated ?

Regards,
