when installing or reconfiguring dokuwiki an additional option should be added to the license selection dialog to choose none of them. This should set $conf['license'] = ""; in /etc/dokuwiki/local.php. This has the effect of hiding the "content in this wiki is licensed under..." note on the page which is not useful for internal wikis.
