This is probably a reference to this part of the pyopencl source:
https://sources.debian.org/src/pyopencl/2019.1.1-1/pyopencl/compyte/ndarray/pygpu_ndarray.cpp/I have manually run the tests before (while investigating #893050), but I don't know how beyond 'make tests'.
