Please update this package to version 5.1.0 (or 5.2.0, if possible). The higher version is required for checker-framework with is a requirement for packaging Bazel which itself is a requirement for TensorFlow. TensorFlow is desperately needed right now by researchers studying COVID-19. Any assistance in this effort would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! -Olek
