please remove the certificatepatrol package from unstable, and possibly
from oldstable (Debian 9, stretch) as well. FWIW, it is already missing
in testing and stable (Debian 10, buster).
Rationale - longer version in the ITR[1]: This package is one of the
many affected by the Mozilla massacer, in other words, it is no longer
usable with a Mozilla product where XUL support has been removed. Also,
upstream hasn't shown any activity for a while, so I've given up hope
we'll see a re-write for webext. Sadly..
