It seems that locale warning has been fixed. I only get this warning in 4-5 packages, but I am fixing another issues so now I am not sure about the exact "problematic" packages. I am reinstalling every package to check whether this issue is solved (and also to check other problems I have during upgrade). I will close this bug when I finish reinstallation of packages and check the output to be sure that the warning is fixed. Thanks for your great work. Jose
