I'm afraid I don't understand quite what you're asking for. Do you want: 1. The option of a fixed "server" that does not need to be rotated. 2. The possibility of blocks with no wire or component. (I seem to remember that Simon Tatham's Net does rarely generate these, though this may no longer happen.) 3. Something else?
