Bug#961621: Node.js requires SSE2

No, this issue is not related to #922075, because, in my case, nodejs 
segfaults at startup, not further up ahead (I tried the npm install cmd 
in #922075). I am not sure where the dependency should be declared; I 
tried recompiling Node.js and noticed that the entire build is SSE2 
optimised.
