The differents "select" templates with only 0 and 1 as choices are obviously boolean templates (they appear 14 times in nuauth.templates). Please use the appropriate type for each of your templates. Do not forget to rephrase the descriptions accordingly: the short description for a boolean is a question and the long description should not make assumption about interfaces.
