We are aware of this. We are currently in the process of upgrading ghc
to 8.8.3 and the rest of the Haskell ecosystem to LTS 15, and until that
has finished, Haskell libraries may be uninstallable on unstable. In the
meantime, as a work-around, please consider using testing.
