* What led up to the situation?
Shutting down debian system. Also tried with latest ( salsa git 161a171 )
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
1. System has Wifi + Ethernet
2. Ethernet cable not connected. Only wifi connected.
3. System boots fine without any delay.
* What was the outcome of this action?
1. System takes time to shutdown ( 90 seconds )
2. Happens always when Ethernet cable is not connected.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
Shutdown quickly without any lock hangs
