Anywhere within the chromium browser, whether it's the address bar or any text input area within, holding down CTRL while pressing the left/right directional arrows does not stop on a period character. For example, enter the following in the address bar: `foo.bar.baz` and then attempt to skip words using CTRL+left/right. The cursor will skip from the beginning of the address to the end without stopping before/after any of the period separated words. The expected behavior is the cursor stopping before/after each of the words, the same way it does when they are separated by `/` characters.
