Update: https://github.com/jreese/fissix/issues/8 has been resolved, but upstream has transitioned to pyproject.toml. We don't yet have Debian tooling for this format, so my current plan is to package DepHell, convert pyproject.toml to setup.py at build-time, and then use the existing dh_python + pybuild support.
