zimlib and libkiwix are ready to be upgraded to their latest upstream major versions. Since both are maintained by the same upstream and basically in sync with each other, I thought it would make sense to do as one transition. I prepared/tested all of the packages in experimental and it should be good to go. The zimwriterfs build failures are because it built against and earlier, buggy zimlib that was missing a dependency.
