Package: muscle
Version: 3.52-2
Severity: important

Dear Steffen,

The Debian muscle package does not build on powerpc, but the new
upstream release corrects this.

I copied the debian directory from your muscle package in the sources of
the 3.6 releases, applied your patch on the makefile and commented the
line making the doc in debian/rules. With this, debian/rules binary
produces a funcitonnal package. I tested muscle on bHLH proteins, it is
amazingly fast! (but I did not check the quality).

Have a nice day,
