Bug#964188: chromium: crashes & system crashes after security update to v83

On Raspberry Pi 4 running with Raspbian 10 OS 64 bits (beta), the problem is 
the same, it is a developer version which was published and not a stable 
version.
Chrome is the official browser for Raspbian. It now takes 2 minutes 30 seconds 
to open the youtube.com page ;-( The only existing arm compatible alternative 
is Firefox.
