A few people are already working on kodi 19, and packages will start to
appear in a few days in experimental.

Actually there are related packages in NEW: dav1d was accepted a couple
days ago, shairplay and libudfread.  They are not compulsory dependencies,
so not strictly blocking, but they were uploaded for kodi to link against
them.
