Please hold off on working on this "bug" Unfortunately, I may have misdiagnosed the root cause.
Although, as reported in the earlier submission, unattended-upgrades only announced changes to libseccomp2, when I read the apt-listchanges report, there was additional activity on July 2 and I cannot be sure what was the root cause of the failure of the logwatch service. If it does turn out to point to libseccomp2, I will resubmit the request to check the "bug" with libseccomp2.
