What do you mean with import, add to the repository?
Can't reproduce this behaviour. Did you possibly use a multiple
selection and accidentally selected a file which was already added?

With this information alone, it is impossible to reproduce the bug. Is
the repository, where kdesvn crashes, publicly available? If so, could
you please post the URL.
