On hosts that get their IP via DHCP, bridge-utils picks a random MAC address
among the interfaces on the host to identify the DHCP request. This produces
non-predictable results, especially if there are hotplugged devices.

Currently, the only way to avoid this is to specify a hardcoded MAC address
with bridge_hw. This lacks the flexibility and consistancy adopted by systemd
for PredictableNetworkInterfaceNames.

I suggest a new option called bridge_via to specify the routing interface:

bridge_via enp4s0

This would make the routing slot-specific, but not MAC-specific, just as
PredictableNetworkInterfaceNames intended. In the above scenario, someone
could replace the Ethernet adapter located at PCI slot 4 without having to
rewrite /etc/network/interfaces rules with a new MAC address at bridge_hw.
