On hosts using Predictable Network Interface Names (e.g.enp4s0) "bridge_ports
all" in /etc/network/interfaces fails at making the bridge find any interface.
None of the interfaces shown in "ip addr" show that br0 is their master.

The kludge is to explicitly specify all desired interfaces as a space-separate
list. Then the bridge indeed finds all interfaces, but this obviously eschews
the whole point of using "all" as the interfaces to bind.
