Please could you file this as a *new* bug report, *not* as a followup to #966575 which I would much rather keep for just the more common BIOS case? Ideally you would do this by typing "reportbug grub-efi-amd64" and following the prompts from there; this will automatically include some more information about your system that you haven't yet provided.
