Hi, during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install because it tries to overwrite other packages files. These files are new in sparse 0.6.2-1, but were already provided by biosquid since the very first upload in 2006: /usr/bin/sindex /usr/share/man/man1/sindex.1.gz >From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...): Selecting previously unselected package sparse.
