I seriously believe your "32bit computer" is a 64bit-able computer where one didn't install/maintain it properly by (re)installing it with a 64 bit *operating system*.

I forgot to add that this error appears while loading file. I have no idea if I can join a file with my message, but I try here to join one. It is not minimal, but it's very small.
